Ormond Beach is the quiet north end of the Halifax River. Granada Boulevard runs from the beach, across the bridge, through the mainland and out past I-95, and most of our clients live within a few streets of it, in neighbourhoods of ranch houses and oaks that went up between the 1950s and the 1980s. Out toward the Tomoka River the lots get bigger and the roads get shadier. On the beachside, older homes sit a block or 2 back from the ocean, and many long-married couples live there on their own.
