Our Home Healthcare is a licensed home health agency in Edgewater, Florida, and these are the terms for using its website. The site is information about our care and our prices. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not make you a client. Care is confirmed in writing after a free in-home assessment. Florida law applies.

No. Everything on this site is general information about home care in Volusia County and about what Our Home Healthcare LLC does. It is not medical advice, nursing advice or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for your own doctor. Results from any care vary from person to person. If someone is in danger right now, call 911.
Not a client until the assessment
Reading this site, sending the form, texting or calling us does not make you a client and does not reserve a caregiver. Care begins only after a nurse has visited the home, written a plan of care, and you have agreed to it in writing. We cannot promise a caregiver is available for a given day or time until that assessment is done. We work hard to start within 48 hours and we usually do, but that is a target, not a guarantee.
Who the site is for
The site is written for adults in Florida arranging care for themselves or a family member, and for people looking for work with us. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Prices on the site
Are the prices on the Our Home Healthcare website final
The prices on the pricing page and across this site are our real rates, current as of October 9, 2026. We publish them so you know the number before you call. Your exact price is confirmed in writing at the free in-home assessment, because it depends on the hours, the days and the kind of care in your plan. The price you are given in writing at the assessment is the price. If our published rates change, the pricing page changes first and existing clients are told in writing with at least 30 days notice.
We do not take Medicare or Medicaid. We accept private pay, long-term care insurance and VA Aid and Attendance once approved. There is no deposit, no contract and no setup fee, and you can stop care at any time with 48 hours notice.

Our content
The words, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Our Home Healthcare LLC. The people in the photographs are our staff and clients, or people who agreed to be photographed. You may read, print and share pages for your own use in arranging care. You may not copy the photographs, the logo or the text onto another website or into advertising without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another website, such as Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.
Keeping the site accurate
We keep this site accurate and we fix mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise it is free of errors at every moment. If you spot one, call (386) 272-6048 or email hello@ourhomehealthcare.com and Tom will correct it.
Limits
To the extent Florida law allows, Our Home Healthcare LLC is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site rather than on a written plan of care and your own doctor. Nothing in these terms limits our duties to you as a client under your written plan of care or under Florida law.
Governing law
These terms and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them is heard in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
Changes and contact
These terms took effect on October 9, 2026. If they change, the date changes here.
