Our Home Healthcare is a nurse-led home care agency in Edgewater, Florida, hiring CNAs, Home Health Aides, an LPN per visit and 1 RN Case Manager. $18 to $23 an hour, paid 2-week onboarding, same-week pay and mileage. Certified Nursing Assistant
Hands-on personal care in client homes. Bathing, dressing, transfers, meals and medication reminders, with a plan of care written by a nurse and the same clients week after week.
Home Health Aide
Personal and companion care at home. Help with the day, the house, the shopping and a ride to the doctor. Many shifts are 4 hours, some are overnights.
LPN, per visit
Skilled nursing visits in the home. Medication setup, injections, wound and catheter care and vital signs, under Priya as RN case manager. Paid per visit, about an hour each.
RN Case Manager, 1 opening
Write plans of care, visit every client at least every 30 days, train the caregivers and share the night line with Dana and Priya. Hospice or home health background helps.

What you need

- Certificate
- A current Florida CNA or Home Health Aide certificate. The LPN and RN roles need a current Florida nursing licence.
- Background
- A Level 2 background screening. Every caregiver here has passed one, and every caregiver is drug tested.
- Car
- A reliable car. Your clients are in their own homes across Edgewater and Volusia County, and mileage is paid at the IRS rate.
- CPR
- A current CPR certificate.
A day with us
What is a shift like at Our Home Healthcare
You arrive at a door you know. The same client, the same house, most weeks for years. Marcus has had Earl on his list long enough that Earl opens the door before he knocks.
Before your first solo shift you have done 2 weeks of paid onboarding with Carla and 3 shifts beside her in a real house. The plan of care on your phone was written by Priya, and it says what to do and what to watch for. If something is not right, you call the nurse on duty. A nurse answers. You never have to decide a medical question alone.
Overnight shifts are 12 hours, awake, in the house. Most of the night is quiet. You read under a lamp, check in down the hall, and you are there if someone gets up. In the morning you hand over in writing and go home within 20 minutes, where we can manage it.
