What this website collects about you, and what we do with it
Our Home Healthcare is a licensed home health agency in Edgewater, Florida, and this is the privacy policy for its website. We collect what you type into the form or the chat and your phone number if you call or text. We use it to call or text you back about your enquiry. We never sell it. Effective October 9, 2026.
What we collect
What does the Our Home Healthcare website collect
The form
When you send the contact form or the careers form we receive what you typed. Your first and last name, your phone number, your email address if you gave one, who the care is for or which job you want, and the message you wrote. The form is run for us by a software company that stores it on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.
Calls and texts
When you call or text (386) 272-6048 we see your phone number, and we write down what you told us so the next person who talks to you does not make you repeat it. If you call and we miss it, our phone system may text you back automatically to say we saw the call.
The chat
The chat window on this site is answered by a person in our office during the day and by software outside office hours. What you type in it is kept the same way as a form message, so Jordan can call you back.
Visiting the site
Like most websites, this one records the pages you look at, the kind of device you used and roughly where you were, in a form that does not name you. See the cookies section below.
How we use it
What does Our Home Healthcare do with what you send
To call or text you back
We use your name and number for 1 reason. To get back to you about the thing you asked. Jordan calls within the hour about care. Carla calls within 1 business day about a job. If we cannot reach you by phone we may text or email the same number or address.
Text messages
By sending a form or texting us you agree that Our Home Healthcare may text you about your enquiry from (386) 272-6048. We text about your enquiry, your assessment visit and your care. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop, reply STOP to any text and you will get 1 message confirming it, then nothing more. Reply HELP or call us if a text is unclear.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your name, number, email or message to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the software companies that run our phone, form and chat for us, and only so they can run them.
Health information
Health information you share with us once you are a client is protected under HIPAA and handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available on request from the office. What you type into the website form before you are a client is handled under this policy. You do not need to put medical details in the form. A line or two about what is going on is enough.
Keeping it
We keep website enquiries for as long as we need them to help you, and then we delete them. Client records are kept for the period Florida law requires for a licensed home health agency.

Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small file a website puts on your device so it can recognise your browser. This site uses them for 2 things. To count visits and see which pages people read, so we can make the site clearer. And to make the chat window remember your conversation if you come back. We do not use cookies to follow you to other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Links to other sites
This site links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Those companies have their own privacy policies and this one does not cover them.
Children
This website is for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (386) 272-6048, text the same number, or email hello@ourhomehealthcare.com and ask for Tom Whitfield, our administrator. We answer within 5 business days.
Changes
If this policy changes we change the date below. The date at the top of this page is always the date the current version took effect.
